Tiles
Wipe, don't soak.
A soft, damp cloth is enough for daily cleaning. For anything sticky, a drop of mild dish soap on a microfiber cloth. Skip alcohol, acetone, and abrasive sponges — they dull the tile surface over time.
Engraving
Leave the grooves alone.
The engraving is colored by the material itself rather than surface paint, so it won't wear away with play. If it ever collects dust, a dry soft-bristle brush — the kind you'd use on a camera lens — clears it without effort. Full engraving specifications will be published once final tile specs are confirmed.
Case
Store dry, store shaded.
Keep your set in a dry room and out of long stretches of direct sunlight. Final storage options are still being confirmed, and we'll publish care guidance specific to each case once they are.
Spares
Lose a tile? Write to us.
We intend to keep records by order so a replacement tile can be re-made in your colorway at cost. Spare tile service is pending manufacturer confirmation, and we'll confirm the details before the first sets ship.
