By accessing or using the Bone & Bam website (the "Site") or placing an order, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the Site including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, or contributors of content. By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or make a purchase. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bone & Bam ("we," "us," or "our").

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use this Site or purchase products. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our luxury mahjong tile sets and accessories as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the true color, texture, or finish of our products, particularly given the handcrafted and artisanal nature of many of our pieces.

4.2 Handcrafted & Limited Edition Items

Many of our mahjong sets are handcrafted, hand-painted, or produced in limited quantities. Slight variations in color, pattern, weight, or finish between individual tiles and sets are inherent to artisanal craftsmanship and do not constitute defects.

4.3 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. In the event a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.

4.4 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or shipping costs, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only upon our issuance of a written order confirmation via email.

5.2 Payment

All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full payment card details.

5.3 Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in breach of these Terms, without liability to you.

5.4 Currency & Taxes

If your billing address is located outside our country of operation, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees or foreign transaction charges. You are solely responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, value-added tax (VAT), or local taxes imposed by your jurisdiction.

6.1 Shipping Methods

We ship domestically and internationally using premium, insured courier services appropriate for high-value goods. Shipping options and estimated delivery windows will be presented at checkout.

6.2 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, force majeure events, or incorrect addresses provided by the Customer.

6.3 Packaging

All orders are shipped in bespoke, protective packaging designed to safeguard our products during transit. If your order arrives with visibly damaged packaging, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

6.4 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. We strongly recommend retaining all tracking information.

6.5 International Shipments

For international orders, you are the importer of record and are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country, including payment of import duties and taxes.

7.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unused, unplayed, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at team@boneandbam.com with your order number and reason for return.

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-engraved, monogrammed, or personalized items
• Limited-edition or bespoke commission pieces
• Items purchased during final sale promotions
• Items that have been used, played with, or removed from their original protective packaging without care

7.3 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the return is due to our error or a product defect. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

7.4 Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7.5 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange prior to returning the item.

8.1 Limited Warranty

We warrant that all products are free from manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modification, or accident.

8.2 Defective Item Claims

If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographs and a written description. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to product images, descriptions, logos, design elements, and copy — is the exclusive property of Bone & Bam and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Certain features of the Site — including saving your founding backer status, tracking orders, or managing preferences — may require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems, networks, or databases.
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site without our express written permission.

• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
• Resell products purchased from us without our prior written authorization.

When you sign up for our founding backer list, create an account, submit a contact form, or place an order, you consent to receive electronic communications from us — including order confirmations, account notices, and, where you have opted in, marketing emails about our collections, launches, and updates. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications we send to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bone & Bam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bone & Bam, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, or any account you hold with us, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties, Indemnification, and Governing Law — will survive.

If at any time you send certain specific submissions (for example, contest entries, suggestions, creative ideas, comments, or feedback — herein "Submissions") by email, postal mail, our contact form, or otherwise, you agree that Bone & Bam may at any time, without restriction, use the Submissions at our discretion. Bone & Bam will be under no obligation to maintain any Submissions in confidence, pay compensation for Submissions, or respond to Submissions.

Bone & Bam may monitor, edit, or remove Submissions that we determine at our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Bone & Bam takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any Submissions posted by you or any third party.

Rarely, there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and product availability. Bone & Bam reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Terms or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
